摘 要:卵巢癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,发病率仅次于宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌,病死率居于妇科恶性肿瘤首位。随着高通量测序技术及代谢组学的飞速发展,阴道菌群的结构与功能日趋明确。大量研究揭示了阴道菌群与宿主健康之间的关系,其与卵巢癌之间亦存在关联,但具体机制尚未可知。文章就阴道菌群与卵巢癌之间的关系进行综述,并初步探讨阴道菌群在卵巢癌治疗中的作用。Ovarian cancer is a common gynecological malignant tumor,with an incidence rate second only to that of cervical cancer and endometrial cancer,and its mortality rate ranks first among gynecological malignant tumors.In recent years,a series of high-throughput sequencing technologies and metabolomics have enabled researchers to gain more insight into the structure and function of vaginal microbiota.A large number of previous studies have revealed the relationship between vaginal microbiota and host health,and there is also a correlation between vaginal microbiota and ovarian cancer,although the specific mechanism is still unknown.This article reviews the relationship between vaginal microbiota and ovarian cancer,and discusses the role of vaginal microbiota in the treatment of ovarian cancer.
