摘　　要：高炉炉顶设备对布料系统的正常工作着重要的作用,主要有中心喉管、布料溜槽、气密箱等。中心喉管磨损会导致炉料不经布料溜槽直接下落至高炉中心区域,炉缸中心堆积严重,打乱煤气流正常分布,中心气流受阻,边缘气流过分发展,炉体水温差和炉墙温度大幅上涨,更换设备送风后炉况恢复困难。应用中心焦、全焦冶炼、循环焦、锰矿洗炉等方式可加快炉况恢复。在布料溜槽磨漏和气密箱发生故障时,借鉴中心喉管磨漏的处理经验,准确分析判断炉况的走势,采取一系列措施使炉况快速恢复。The equipment on the top of the blast furnace plays an important role in the normal operation of the burden distribution system,mainly including the central pipe,distribution chute,airtight box and so on.Wear of the central pipe can lead to the burden not passing through the burden distribution chute and directly falling to the center area of the blast furnace,resulting in serious accumulation in the center of the hearth,disrupting the normal distribution of coal gas flow,blocking the central airflow,excessive development of edge airflow,and a significant increase in water temperature difference and furnace wall temperature of the furnace body.After replacing the equipment with air supply,it is difficult to restore the furnace condition.The application of central coke,full coke smelting,circulating coke,and manganese ore washing furnace can accelerate the recovery of furnace condition.When the burden distribution chute is worn and the airtight box fails,it is necessary to draw on the experience of handling wear and tear of the central throat,accurately analyze and judge the trend of the furnace condition,and take a series of measures to quickly restore the furnace condition.
