摘 要:多效蒸发制盐工艺中末效的真空度直接影响各效蒸发压力和温度,进而影响传热效率、二次蒸汽的冷凝和不凝气的排除,对产量和能耗造成影响。因此,提高末效真空系统效率对多效真空制盐的节能提效至关重要。本文通过对多效蒸发制盐过程的工作能力及真空度进行研究,得到实现末效真空及整个制盐过程节能降耗的指导思路,据此研究探讨一种多管喷射真空节能技术,供有相似情况的生产单位交流探讨。The vacuum degree of the final effect in the multi-effect evaporation salt production process directly affects the evaporation pressure and temperature of each effect,and then affects the heat transfer efficiency,the condensation of secondary steam and the removal of non-condensable gas,and affects the output and energy consumption.Therefore,improving the efficiency of the final effect vacuum system is very important for the energy saving and efficiency improvement of multi-effect vacuum salt production.In this paper,the working capacity and vacuum degree of the multi-effect evaporation salt making process are studied,and the guiding ideas for realizing the final effect vacuum and the energy saving of the whole salt making process are obtained.Based on this,a multi-tube jet vacuum energy saving technology is studied for the production units with similar situations.
