关于某电站锅炉带负荷能力受限的试验研究与改善建议

摘  要:某发电有限公司#4机组脱硫装置技改后,机组带负荷能力受限,具体表现为机组高负荷时,脱硫增压风机电流超限,锅炉燃烧恶化,飞灰可燃物含量大幅度增加,而其他3台机组没有出现该现象。为诊断造成目前机组带负荷能力受限的原因,测定现有#4脱硫增压风机的运行性能状况,实施#4脱硫增压风机进行性能试验,并提出了改善建议。After the technical modification of the desulfurization device of unit#4 of a power generation Co.,Ltd.,the load capacity of the unit is limited,which is reflected in the excessive current of the desulfurization booster fan,the deterioration of the boiler combustion,and the significant increase of the fly ash fuel content when the unit is high load,while the other 3 units do not appear this phenomenon.In order to diagnose the cause of the limited load capacity of the unit,the operating performance of the existing#4 desulphurization booster fan was measured,the performance test of the#4 desulphurization booster fan was carried out,and suggestions for improvement were put forward.
