校企协同、多方联动的实习管理模式探索

摘　　要：近年来,我国高等教育越来越重视实习环节,但在实际操作中,实习管理仍存在诸多问题,如实习质量不高、校企合作不紧密、学生参与度低等。辽宁机电职业技术学院以学生为中心建立“校企协同、多方联动”实习管理模式,整体推进实习管理工作。校企共建机电工匠培养平台,实现“N种个性化”卓越人才培养目标;构建“实体、实境、实战”培养平台;引入大数据挖掘技术,实时掌握实习情况;构建“2632”协同共评的多元立体式评价模式,对实习进行全方位评价;以学生为中心开展精准、精细服务。此实习管理模式切实保障了学生实践教学的质量,增强了毕业生的就业信心与就业竞争力,促进了地方经济的发展。In recent years,China’s higher education has attached more importance to the internship link,but in practice,there are still many problems in internship management,such as low quality of internship,lack of close cooperation between schools and enterprises,and low participation of students.Our college has established a student-centered internship management mode of“school-enterprise collaboration and multi-party linkage”to promote internship management as a whole.The school and enterprises jointly build a mechanical and electrical craftsman training platform to achieve the goal of“N kinds of personalization”outstanding talent cultivation;build the“entity,reality,and actual combat”training platform;introduce big data mining technology to grasp the internship situation in real time;construct the multi-dimensional evaluation mode of“2632”collaborative evaluation to evaluate the internship in an all-round way;carry out accurate and fine services with students as the center.This practice management mode effectively guarantees the quality of students’practical teaching,enhances graduates’employment confidence and competitiveness,and promotes the development of local economy.
