摘  要:对带电主导线进行引线作业,需要将两者的连接部位进行绕线捆扎。现有的绝缘杆法手动绕线器对作业人员技能水平和体能要求较高,且绕线质量差,文章对绝缘杆法电动智能绝缘绕线器进行研制。现场试用表明,该电动智能绝缘绕线器有效解决了对作业人员的高要求,提高了接引作业的稳定性和效率,并且可降低材料的购置成本。The connecting parts of the live main line need to be wound and bundled for the lead operation.The existing manual wire winder with insulated rod method has high requirements on the skill level and physical strength of the operators,and the quality of the wire winder is poor.This paper develops the electric intelligent wire winder with insulated rod method,and introduces the selection of the electric intelligent mode and the structure of the wire winder.The field test shows that the electric intelligent insulation winder can effectively solve the high requirements for operators,improve the stability and efficiency of connecting operations,and reduce the acquisition cost of materials.
