摘  要:现代工业设备生产中,数字控制工业设备主控软件及其可以进行的编程操作灵活度,是确保工业加工精度和效率的关键所在。随着工业元器件数量与日俱增,生产要求越发精细多变,工业软件设计需要具备用户灵活编程以及多套产品配方自由灵活切换的功能,数据库控制技术也被进一步引入到工业软件控制中。该文以芯片封装设备为例,主要针对数据总量大、需要快速切换产品配方的工业设备软件架构方法进行研究,并给出相应的解决思路。In modern industrial equipment production,the fl exibility of digital control industrial equipment control software and its programming operations is the key to ensuring industrial processing accuracy and effi ciency.With the increasing number of industrial components and increasingly sophisticated production requirements,industrial software design needs to have the function of fl exible user programming and free and fl exible switching of multiple product formulas.Database control technology has been further introduced into industrial software control.This article takes chip bonding equipment as an example,mainly focusing on the research of digital control software structure methods with large data volume and the need for quick switching of product formulas,and providing corresponding solutions.
