习近平民生观的生成逻辑与核心要义

摘　　要：治国有常,利民为本。习近平民生观以马克思主义民生思想为理论指导,既是对国际共产主义运动和中国共产党百年来“为中国人民谋幸福”历史的科学总结,又是对新时代中华民族伟大复兴的战略思考,也是对习近平同志基层民生实践的发展和创新,具有深刻的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑。习近平民生观回应新时代人民美好生活的需要,致力于给人民更满意的教育、更充分的就业、更公平的收入、更可靠的社会保障、更高水平的医疗卫生服务、更优美的环境、更丰富的精神文化生活,不断推进中国化马克思主义民生思想达到新高度。Xi Jinping’s outlook on people’s livelihood is guided by the Marxist thought on people’s livelihood,which is not only a scientific summary of the history of the International Communist Movement and the Communist Party of China’s seeking happiness for Chinese people over the past 100 years,but also a strategic thinking on the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era and a strategic reflection on the Chinese Dream of the new era and innovation of grassroot livelihood practices by Xi Jinping.It has profound theoretical,historical,and practi-cal logic.Xi Jinping’s outlook on people’s livelihood responds to the needs of people for a better life,and it is committed to providing people with more satisfactory education,more full employment,fairer income,more reliable social security,higher level medical and health services,more beautiful environment,and richer spiritual and cul-tural life.It continuously promotes the Chinese Marxist thought on people’s livelihood to new heights.
