基于生涯发展理论的大学生职业规划教育探索

摘　　要：当前,高校毕业生就业形势严峻,如何提高大学生就业率、帮助大学毕业生顺利就业成为高校亟须探索和实践的重要问题。开展大学生职业规划教育,帮助大学生制订职业规划,确定职业目标,培养大学生正确的择业和就业观念,至关重要。文章对大学生职业规划教育的意义和作用、大学生职业规划的影响因素进行探讨,并基于生涯发展理论展开大学生职业规划现状调查,最终提出基于生涯发展理论的大学生职业规划教育策略,以有效开展大学生职业规划教育,进一步提升大学生就业质量。Currently,the employment situation for college graduates is severe.How to improve the employment rate of college students and help them find employment smoothly has become an important issue that universities urgently need to explore and practice.It is crucial to carry out career planning education for college students,help them formulate career plans,determine career goals,and cultivate correct career and employment concepts.The article explores the significance and role of career planning education for college students,the influencing factors of career planning for college students,and conducts a survey of the current situation of career planning for college students based on career development theory.Finally,a career planning education strategy for college students based on career development theory is proposed to effectively carry out career planning education for college students and further improve the quality of employment for college students.
