新时期高职院校虚拟教研室建设的实践与思考

摘　　要：当前,高职院校教研室运行存在一些困境,主要包括专业教学资源库建设、产教融合、师资培养等方面的挑战,具体问题涉及时空壁垒、信息技术融合度低、运行机制落后以及发展不均衡等。文章基于高职院校教研室的职能,调查高职院校基层教研室的运行现状,阐述虚拟教研室的优点,指出依托虚拟教研室实现多元育人、跨界合作构建高效课程团队、利用共享资源创新教学模式、持续优化高职教研室运行机制是高职院校虚拟教研室建设的重要途径。Currently,there are some difficulties in the operation of teaching and research departments in vocational colleges,mainly including challenges in the construction of professional teaching resource libraries,integration of industry and education,and teacher training.Specific problems involve temporal and spatial barriers,low integration of information technology,outdated operating mechanisms,and uneven development.The article is based on the functions of teaching and research rooms in vocational colleges,investigates the current operation status of grassroots teaching and research rooms in vocational colleges,elaborates on the advantages of virtual teaching and research rooms,and points out that relying on virtual teaching and research rooms to achieve diversified education,cross-border cooperation to build efficient course teams,innovative teaching models using shared resources,and continuous optimization of the operation mechanism of vocational teaching and research rooms are important ways to build virtual teaching and research rooms in vocational colleges.
