摘  要:隧道内组网是实现隧道施工领域智能建造的前提条件.针对当前单一的通信方式无法有效应对隧道施工设备复杂化的问题,同时考虑到隧道施工智能化系统的多样性,提出一种异构网络融合的组网方案以实现规范化和统一化的数据链路.首先,提出基于射线跟踪法的骨干网络构建方案,根据场强与带宽的对应关系确定中继点的部署安装位置,并针对无线Mesh网络节点间消耗资源较大的问题,提出隧道一维线性场景下自愈网络部署方案.然后,提出基于微服务思想的异构网络动态切换方法,设计感知计算一体化终端,并对感知端高频数据、视频数据传输进行了现场实测.最后,针对移动终端在隧道组网中无法及时进行漫游切换、长时间处于低效连接的问题,通过揭示在一维隧道场景中不同可接入点间信号的传播规律,提出自适应主动漫游切换算法,并在施工现场进行双向通信实验验证.实验结果表明:正、反向通信带宽相较于所提漫游切换算法应用前分别提高了7.82%和40.75%,证明算法具有有效性和实用性.研究结果可以为实现隧道智能建造提供参考.Tunnel internal networking is a prerequisite for achieving intelligent construction in the tun-nel construction sector.Given the inadequacy of current single communication methods in addressing the complexity of tunnel construction equipment and the diversity of intelligent tunnel construction sys-tems,a heterogeneous network fusion networking scheme is proposed to establish a standardized and unified data link,encompassing backbone networks and various branch networks.Firstly,this paper proposes a backbone network construction scheme based on the ray tracing method,determining the deployment and installation locations of relay points based on the correspondence between field strength and bandwidth.To mitigate the resource consumption issue between wireless Mesh network nodes,a self-healing network deployment scheme in a one-dimensional linear tunnel scenario is pro-posed.Secondly,a dynamic switching method for heterogeneous networks based on the microservices approach is introduced,and an integrated terminal for perception and computation is designed.Field measurements are conducted for high-frequency data and video data transmission at the perception end.Fi-nally,addressing the issue of mobile terminals’inability to timely switch roaming in the tunnel network and prolonged periods of low-efficiency connection,an adaptive active roaming switching algorithm is pro-posed by revealing the signal propagation law between different access points in a one-dimensional tunnel scenario.A two-way communication experiment is conducted at the construction site for verification.Ex-perimental results demonstrate that compared to the communication bandwidth before applying the pro-posed roaming switching algorithm,the forward and reverse communication bandwidths increase by 7.82%and 40.75%,respectively,indicating the effectiveness and practicality of the algorithm.The re-search results can provide valuable insights for achieving smart tunnel construction.
