国防科技成果与民企成果双向转化应用相关问题研究

摘　　要：国防科技成果与民企成果双向转化应用是国防科技成果的重要转化应用领域,且我国民营企业发展迅速,积累了大量的资金、技术和人力资源,在一些领域具备二次创新及深度研发的能力。推动国防科技成果与民企成果双向转化应用,是提升国防科技协同创新能力、加快国防科技和武器装备发展、合理高效配置国防建设资源的必要举措。但是在转化过程中还存在着很多问题,严重制约和阻碍了国防科技工业与民营企业深度协同创新发展,本文就主要问题展开研究分析。The two-way transformation and application of National Defense Science and technology achievements and private enterprise achievements is an important transformation and application field of National Defense Science and technology achievements,ability to re-innovate and develop in depth in some areas.Promoting the two-way transformation and application of the achievements of national defense science and technology and those of private enterprises is a necessary measure to enhance the coordinated innovation capacity of National Defense Science and Technology,accelerate the development of national defense science and technology and weapons and equipment,and rationally and efficiently allocate resources for national defense construction.However,there are still many problems in the process of transformation,which seriously restrict and hinder the development of deep synergy innovation between defense science and technology industry and private enterprises.
