摘　　要：本文旨在构建和完善高职院校体育院系的专业技能认证与培训体系,以提升学生的专业技能和就业竞争力。研究首先分析了当前体育专业教育面临的挑战和行业需求,基于此,提出了一套综合性的培训内容,包括基础理论知识、专项技能训练、教学法与训练法、体育管理与营销、健康教育与促进以及科研方法与实践。针对培训方法,研究强调了理论与实践相结合、项目化学习、师生共研、信息技术应用、创新创业、实习与实践以及国际交流与合作的重要性。通过实施这一体系,旨在培养学生的综合素质,增强其适应未来体育行业发展的能力。This paper aims to construct and improve the professional skills certification and training system of the physical education department of higher vocational colleges through the methods of literature and expert interviews,so as to enhance the professional skills and employment competitiveness of students.The study first analyzes the current challenges and needs of sports professional education.Based on this,a set of comprehensive training content is proposed,including basic theoretical knowledge,special skills training,teaching methods and training methods,sports management and marketing,health education and promotion,and scientific research methods and practices.In terms of training methods,the research emphasizes the importance of combining theory and practice,project-based learning,joint research between teachers and students,application of information technology,innovation and entrepreneurship,internship and practice,and international exchange and cooperation.Through the implementation of this system,the aim is to cultivate the comprehensive quality of students and enhance their ability to adapt to the future development of sports industry.
