摘 要:依托广州市轨道交通12号线工程,系统地阐述分析软弱地层条件下盾构穿越建构筑物所存在的风险,并研究提出一套包括多方面措施的安全控制体系。研究表明:通过“静压锚杆桩+钻注一体注浆+筏板叠合板+管片止水环”的新型保护体系,可以满足盾构穿越房屋时房屋的沉降需求,同时在穿越施工期间房屋住户全部进行临迁,把可能存在的风险最小化。Based on the Guangzhou Metro Line 12 project,systematically elaborates and analyzes the risks of shield tunneling through buildings and structures under weak geological conditions,and proposes a safety control system that includes multiple measures.Research has shown that a new protection system is adopted,which includes"static pressure anchor pile+drilling injection integrated grouting+raft laminated plate+pipe sealing ring";It can meet the settlement needs of houses when shield tunneling passes through them,and at the same time,all residents of the houses will be temporarily relocated during the construction period,minimizing possible risks.
