知识共创视角下协同要素异质性、知识场活性对社区创新绩效的影响  

The Impact of Synergistic Factor Heterogeneity and Knowledge Field Activity on Community Innovation Performance from the Perspective of Knowledge Co-Creation

摘　　要：以资源基础理论和团队异质性理论为依托,从知识共创视角提炼出社区知识协同中多维要素异质性的计量方法和共创情境的表征变量,利用Python程序爬取魅族社区数据,考察不同要素对创新绩效的差异化影响,以及知识场活性在其中发挥的中介传递作用。研究结果显示:知识共创过程中用户异质性、内容异质性和表达形式异质性对社区知识场活性具有正向影响,情感异质性对知识场活性具有倒U型影响;知识场活性对创新绩效具有正向影响,且在用户异质性、内容异质性、表达形式异质性与创新绩效关系中发挥部分中介作用。In a dynamic environment characterized by globalization,technological progress,and an unstable product life cycle,multi-subject collaboration has become the mainstream of innovation to integrate innovation factors.Many companies have thus established virtual communities to promote the effective improvement of the virtuous cycle of their knowledge system and the effective improvement of innovative performance.However,from the perspective of current theoretical research and practice exploration,it is not easy to integrate the intellectual resources of different actors to achieve co-creation.The diversity and complexity of virtual community resources have increased the difficulty of coordination and cooperation,and the original intention of creation does not always get positive results.At present,the research on the impact of the innovative performance of virtual communities has paid attention to factors such as users,the environment,etc;while emphasizing the importance of knowledge.The research perspective has also been expanded from a single subject to group factors.However,research on the effects of factor synergy in the process is still rare.In the process of participating in innovation in this multi-party collaboration and dynamic interaction,users of different levels in the community have not reached any specific conclusion about whether the differences in different levels of personal ability and innovation motivation will affect the overall innovation level in the community.The knowledge of the open-type innovation community requires the interaction and collaboration of multiple participants.It is a dynamic iteration process that interacts between users and knowledge.From the perspective of open innovative community knowledge,this study focuses on the coordination process of knowledge co-creation,introduces the activity of the knowledge field,and examines the impact of the multi-dimensional heterogeneity of factors on innovation performance and knowledge in the process of synergy.The mediating role in the fie
