摘 要:随着全球科技竞争的加剧,产才融合已显现为推动科技创新与经济发展的核心策略。为进一步激发博士后的创新潜力,有必要提升对其战略定位的认识,将其作为科技创新的先锋力量;聚焦产业细分,打造博士后创新联合体,促进产学研深度融合;运用大数据等数字技术为博士后提供精准、高效的支持。落实这些措施将进一步激活博士后群体的创新潜力,更好地发挥博士后作为国家科技创新先锋军的重要作用。As global technological competition intensifies,the integration of talent cultivation and industry has emerged as a central strategy for driving technological innovation and economic growth.To fully harness the innovative capabilities of postdoctoral researchers,it is essential to elevate their strategic positioning as vanguards of scientific and technological innovation;focus on industry specialization to construct postdoctoral innovation consortia,thereby fostering the seamless integration of industry,academia,and research;and leverage digital technologies such as big data to deliver targeted and efficient support to postdoctoral talents.These measures are expected to further activate the innovative potential of the postdoctoral community,contributing to technological innovation and industrial development in China and globally.
