摘　　要：2022—2023年,随着全球经济进入下行周期,外国科技企业进入裁员模式,对全球人才格局产生深远影响。本文通过追踪科技行业招聘、裁员数据库,对各国科技裁员分布、行业及趋势进行数据统计分析,探讨科技公司裁员背后潜在原因及对全球科技劳动力市场的影响,为我国科技人才政策推动高质量发展提出建议。As the global economy enters a downward cycle from 2022 to 2023,foreign technology companies entered a layoff mode,which will have a profound impact on the global talent landscape.By tracking the recruitment and layoff database in the technology industry,this article conducts statistical analysis on the distribution,industry and trends of technology layoffs in various countries,explores the potential reasons behind technology company layoffs and their impact on the global technology labor market,thus provides suggestions for high-quality development of China’s science and technology talent policy.
