摘 要:探究馆员成长规律是新时代激发馆员潜质、提升馆员能力素质、提高馆员成长速度和效能的科学依据,也是拓展馆员职业发展空间的必然要求。在访谈和问卷调查基础上,运用IBM SPSS Statistics 25对馆员的职业满意度进行了差异性检验,归纳了优秀馆员的成长特点,详细分析了图书馆员的5条成长规律,探寻出馆员成长的4条轨迹,并对馆员职业发展提出了坚持以德为先、优化制度机制、加强教育培训、注重实践锻炼等建议,以期更好推动馆员队伍建设,为图书馆高质量发展提供人才支撑。It is the scientific basis for exploring the growth law of librarians to stimulate the potential of librarians in the new era,to improve the ability and quality of librarians,and to improve the growth speed and efficiency of li⁃brarians,and it is also an inevitable requirement for expanding the development space of librarians.Based on interviews and questionnaires,this paper uses IBM SPSS Statistics 25 to test the differences in librarians'career satisfaction,summarizes the growth characteristics of excellent librarians,analyzes five growth laws of library librarians in detail,and explores four trajectories of librarians'growth.For the professional develop⁃ment of librarians,it puts forward some suggestions,such as adhering to morality first,optimizing the system mechanism,strengthening education and training,and paying attention to practice,so as to better promote the construction of librarians and provide talents support for the high-quality development of libraries.
