摘　　要：没有社会主义文化繁荣发展,没有精神文明和物质文明协调发展,就没有中国式现代化。“加快建设文化强省”是中共青海省委十四届三次全体会议作出的重要部署,也是深入学习贯彻习近平文化思想的重要举措。青海在推进文化强省建设过程中,始终坚持以文化人、以文聚力、以文兴业,既取得了一系列重要成就,也面临着一些问题和不足,要通过实践路径的优化加快推进文化强省建设。新时代新征程,青海加快推进文化强省建设,要始终坚持以习近平文化思想为指导,通过广泛培育弘扬社会主义核心价值观,繁荣文化事业和文化产业,建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态,凝聚全省各族群众的思想共识和精神力量,为奋力谱写中国式现代化的青海篇章提供坚强思想保证和不竭精神动力。Without the prosperous development of socialist culture and the coordinated development of spiritual and material civilization,there can be no Chinese-style modernization."Accelerating the construction of a strong cultural province"is an important deployment made by the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee,and is also an important initiative for the in-depth study and implementation of Xi Jinping's cultural thought.In the process of promoting the construction of a strong cultural province,Qinghai has always adhered to the principles of"changing people with culture,cohering power with culture,and promoting industry through culture".It has achieved aseries of important achievements,but also faces some problems and shortcomings.It is necessary to optimize the practical path to accelerate the construction of a culturally strong province.In the new era and new journey,Qinghai should accelerate the construction of a strong cultural province,always adhere to Xi Jinping's cultural thought as a guide,and provide strong ideological guarantee and inexhaustible spiritual power for writing a chapter of Chinese-style modernization of Qinghai by widely cultivating and carrying forward the socialist core values,prospering the cultural undertakings and cultural industries,and constructing a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leading power to unite the ideological consensus and spiritual power of all the ethnic groups in the province.It will provide strong ideological guarantee and inexhaustible spiritual power for writing the chapter of Chinese-style modernization of Qinghai.
