摘 要:【目的】研究鲜食葡萄‘玫香宝’及其亲本在不同生根剂中扦插生根的情况,为‘玫香宝’扦插育苗技术提供理论依据。【方法】以‘玫香宝’及其父本‘巨峰’、母本‘阿登纳玫瑰’葡萄一年生硬枝为扦插材料,应用萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸2种生根剂,并分别配置3个浓度处理:稀释1000×10^(-6)倍、1500×10^(-6)倍和2000×10^(-6)倍,以清水处理作为对照(ck),共7个处理,于处理后30 d统计其萌芽率、平均芽长、具愈伤组织芽段率、生根率、生根条数和平均根长等指标。【结果】与父母本品种相比,‘玫香宝’生根率为79.0%,显著低于母本‘阿登纳玫瑰’21%,高于父本‘巨峰’12%。清水对照枝条萌芽率最高;平均芽长以吲哚丁酸1000×10^(-6)倍最长(2.31 cm);各处理下枝条具愈伤组织的芽段率均为100%;生根率以吲哚丁酸1500×10^(-6)倍最好(94.4%),清水对照最差(79.0%);芽段平均生根条数以吲哚丁酸1500×10^(-6)倍最好(7.23条),清水对照(1.82条)最低;芽段平均生根条数以吲哚丁酸1500×10^(-6)倍最好(7.23条),清水对照(1.82条)最低。【结论】综合扦插材料各项生长指标,吲哚丁酸1000×10^(-6)倍或1500×10^(-6)倍处理下扦插苗综合表现较好,在今后扩繁育苗中适宜应用于培育优质‘玫香宝’葡萄苗木。【Objective】The cutting rooting of table grape‘Meixiangbao'and its parents in different rooting agents was studied,so as to provide theoretical basis for cutting seedling raising.【Methods】With‘Meixiangbao',its male parent‘Kyoho'and female parent‘Adenauer Rose'as cutting materials,NAA and IBA were used as rooting agents,and three concentrations were allocated:1000×10^(-6)times dilution,1500×10^(-6)imes dilution and 2000×10^(-6)imes dilution,respectively,with clear water as control(ck),for a total of seven treatments,and the germination rate was counted 30 days after treatment.【Results】Compared with the parents,it was found that the rooting rate of‘Meixiangbao'was 79.0%,which was significantly lower than that of the female parent‘Adenauer Rose'by 21%and higher than that of the male parent‘Kyoho'by 12%.The average bud length was the longest(2.31 cm)with IBA at 1000×10^(-6)imes dilution;The rate of shoot segments with callus of branches under each treatment was 100%;The rooting rate of 1500×10^(-6)imes dilution IBA was the best(94.4%),and that of clean water was the worst(79.0%).The average number of rooting strips in the bud segment was the best with IBA at 1500×10^(-6)imes dilution(7.23 strips),and the lowest with control(1.82 strips);The average number of rooting strips in the bud segment was the best with IBA at 1500×10^(-6)imes dilution(7.23 strips),and the lowest with control(1.82 strips).【Conclusion】According to the growth indexes of cutting materials,the cutting seedlings treated with IBA at 1000×10^(-6)imes dilution or 1500×10^(-6)imes dilution perform well,which is suitable for cultivating high-quality‘Meixiangbao'grape seedlings.
