摘　　要：变轨距轮对技术是解决铁道车辆在轨距不同区间直通运行的一种行之有效的方法,根据某主机厂设计的新型变轨距轮对的变轨原理和技术参数,研制了变轨距轮对综合性能试验台,模拟变轨距轮对解锁/锁紧、变轨、跑合等功能。变轨距轮对的性能直接影响到变轨距转向架的性能,对列车的运行安全起到至关重要的作用。以变轨距轮对为研究对象,针对轮对在变轨过程中的运动状态及性能,进行了测试方法与试验研究。利用上位机软件LabVIEW进行编程控制,通过采集的数据进行分析处理,实时监测轮对运行的状态。试验结果表明,系统能够完成轮对的型式试验性能测试,并且可以有效地监控设备运行状态并能进行故障预警和处理。研究可为变轨距转向架和变轨列车的运行提供技术支持,具有一定的工程应用价值。The gauge-changeable wheelset technology is an effective way to allow the railway rolling stock to run straightly in sections with different gauges.According to the gauge changing principle and the technical parameters of the new type of gauge-changeable wheelset designed by a car builder,the comprehensive performance test bench for gauge-changeable wheelset is developed to simulate functions such as unlocking/locking,gauge changing and running-in of the gauge-changeable wheelset.The performance of the gaugechangeable wheelset has a direct influence on the performance of the gauge-changeable bogie and plays a crucial role in the operation safety of the train.This article takes the gauge-changeable wheelset as the object and studies the test method and the test process according to the state of motion and the performance of the wheelset during gauge changing.The upper computer software,LabVIEW is used for programming control,and the data is collected for analysis and processing so as to monitor the state of the wheelset operation in real time.The test result shows that the system can complete the wheelset performance test during the type test,effectively monitor the equipment operation state,and realize fault warning and handling.This study can provide technical support for the operation of the gauge-changeable bogie and the gauge-changeable train and has a certain engineering application value.
