摘　　要：目的:对注射用头孢美唑钠进行输液配伍相容性研究。方法:HPLC法,梯度洗脱。结果:按照说明书进行配伍,24 h后进行考察,有关物质有所增长,其他项目无明显变化。结论:本次配伍稳定性选择近效期样品进行试验,自制制剂和参比制剂各项指标变化趋势及变化量基本一致。Objective:To study the compatibility of infusion of cefmetazole sodium for injection.Methods:HPLC method and gradient elution are used.Results:After the compatibility according to the instructions,after 24 h investigation,the related substances have increased,and other items have no obvious change.Conclusion:The compatibility stability samples are selected for the test,and the trend and amount of changes in the indexes of the self-made preparation and the reference preparation are basically the same.
