摘 要:门式起重机稳定性是确保操作安全的关键因素。稳定性受多方面因素影响,包括结构特性、操作条件、维护和老化情况。结构上,基础的稳固性、支腿长度和重心位置是稳定性的重要决定因素。操作条件,如风速、地面坚固程度和操作速度,也对稳定性有显著影响。维护和老化状况不容忽视,规律的维护和检查对于维持起重机的稳定性至关重要。通过分析某起重机倾覆事故,提出了设计阶段、操作程序、维护检查的改进措施,以增强起重机的稳定性和安全性。The stability of gantry cranes is a key factor in ensuring operational safety.Stability is influenced by various factors,including structural characteristics,operating conditions,maintenance,and aging conditions.Structurally,the stability of the foundation,the length of the support legs,and the position of the center of gravity are important determining factors for stability.Operating conditions,such as wind speed,ground strength,and operating speed,also have a significant impact on stability.Maintenance and aging conditions cannot be ignored,and regular maintenance and inspection are crucial for maintaining the stability of cranes.By analyzing the overturning accident of a certain crane,improvement measures for the design phase,operating procedures,and maintenance inspections were proposed to enhance the stability and safety of the crane.
