摘　　要：介绍了智能冲压生产线的组成和工艺流程,详细说明了智能冲压生产线中各装备的功能和要求,描述了电控系统、模具切换单元以及冲压废料的处理方式等等。分析了智能冲压生产线与MES系统的通讯以及在智能数字化工厂里的应用。The composition and process flow of the intelligent stamping production line were introduced,and the functions and requirements of each component equipment in the intelligent stamping production line were explained in detail.The electronic control system,mold switching unit,and treatment of stamping waste were described.Analyzed the application of intelligent stamping production line communication with MES system in intelligent digital chemical plants.
