摘 要:为了进一步提高镁合金板热轧厚度成形控制能力,设计了一种基于共轭梯度算法的镁合金板热轧压下量PID控制方法。基于共轭梯度算法对压下量PID控制优化,引入到双辊热轧镁合金板带横向厚度分布的预测与控制中。研究结果表明:板带预测压下量分布和真实情况相吻合,说明基于共轭梯度算法的导电用镁合金板热轧压下量PID控制优化设计具有良好可靠性。该预测模型平均绝对误差为4.2μm,这验证了基于共轭梯度算法的导电用镁合金板热轧压下量PID控制优化是可行的。该研究有助于提高热轧镁合金板材的成形效率,也可托找到其它的合金轧制领域,具有很好的应用推广价值。In order to further improve the thickness forming control ability of magnesium alloy sheet hot rolling,a PID control method based on conjugate gradient algorithm was designed.The optimization of PID control based on conjugate gradient algorithm was introduced into the prediction and control of transverse thickness distribution of twin-roll hot rolled magnesium alloy strip.The results show that the distribution of the predicted reduction of the strip is consistent with the real situation,which indicates that the optimal de-sign of PID control based on conjugate gradient algorithm has good reliability.The average absolute error of the prediction model is 4.2μm,which proves that PID control optimization of hot rolling of conductive magnesium alloy plate based on conjugate gradient algorithm is feasible.This research is helpful to improve the forming efficiency of hot-rolled magnesium alloy sheet,and can also be used to find other alloy rolling fields,which has good application and popularization value.
