摘 要:立德树人是教育的根本任务,要对各大高校传统的车辆工程人才培养模式进行改革,以满足新时代汽车产业对优质人才的需求。首先,本文介绍了当前国内外“德—智”协同育人机制的发展现状,强调了对其开展研究的必要性和重要性。其次,提出了“德—智”协同培养模式的具体培养目标。再次,分析了课程思政与车辆工程专业知识的有机融合方法。最后,研究了基于OBE理念的新时代车辆工程人才多元评价体系的构建方法。研究结果为培养新时代德才兼备的车辆工程人才提供了一定的借鉴与参考。Cultivating virtue and nurturing talents is the fundamental task of education,and it is necessary to reform the traditional talent training mode of vehicle engineering in major universities to meet the demand for high-quality talents in the automotive industry in the new era.Firstly,the current development status of the"virtue intelligence"collaborative education mechanism at home and abroad was introduced,and the necessity and importance of conducting research on it was emphasized.Then specific training objectives for the"virtue intelligence"collaborative training mode were proposed.Next,the organic integration method of course ideological and political education and vehicle engineering professional knowledge was analyzed.Finally,the construction method of a diversified evaluation system for vehicle engineering talents in the new era based on the OBE concept was studied.The research results provide certain reference and guidance for cultivating vehicle engineering talents with both moral integrity and talent in the new era.
