摘  要:目的:探讨黏性骨在磨牙牙槽嵴位点保存中的临床效果。方法:选取惠州口腔医院2022年1月1日至2022年12月31日就诊的单颗第一或者第二磨牙需拔除后同期行位点保存术的患者为研究对象按照随机数字表法进行分组:实验组填充黏性骨(25例),对照组填充浓缩生长因子CGF+Bio-Oss骨粉混合物(25例),每组各25颗牙。术后即刻、术后6个月通过CBCT测量结果比较两组数据间牙槽嵴骨的高度变化以及宽度变化,并通过软组织创面愈合率、术后疼痛,以及新骨外形轮廓的评分进一步对位点保存效果的评价。结果:实验组与对照组相比,术后新骨外形轮廓的评分情况以及VAS评分方面,两组结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后软组织愈合情况中,实验组的Ⅰ级愈合率达到52%,对照组为16%,实验组较优(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组在减少牙槽骨高度吸收方面具有优势(P<0.05)。结论:黏性骨的使用可以较为有效地减少拔牙后牙槽骨垂直向高度的吸收,且软组织创面愈合情况有优势,加强了对拔牙位点的保存,值得在临床中进一步推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of sticky bone preservation in alveolar ridge site of molars.Methods:Patients with single first or second molar requiring site preservation after extraction from Huizhou Stomatological Hospital from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022 were selected as study objects and grouped using random number table method.The experimental group was filled with sticky bone(25 cases),and the control group was filled with concentrated growth factor CGF+Bio-Oss bone meal mixture(25 cases),with 25 teeth in each group.The changes of alveolar ridge bone height and width between the two groups were measured by CBCT immediately after surgery and 6 months after surgery.The effect of site preservation was further evaluated by postoperative pain,soft tissue wound healing rate,and new bone contour score.Results:Compared with the control group,the score of new bone contour and VAS scores of the experimental group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of soft tissue wound healing,the experimental group was superior to the control group,with a first grade healing rate of 52%in the experimental group and 16%in the control group.The experimental group's healing rate was greater than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had an advantage in reducing alveolar bone height absorption(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using sticky bone can effectively reduce alveolar bone resorption to vertical height following tooth extraction,also has advantages in the soft tissue wound healing,strengthening the preservation of tooth extraction site,and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
