摘　　要：目前,种植牙已经成为一种重要的修复缺失牙方法。然而,有众多研究表明:糖尿病患者不仅种植体骨结合能力较差,而且种植修复失败的风险显著高于非糖尿病患者。因此,提高这一人群的种植成功率逐渐成为口腔种植领域的研究热点。本文从临床、组织及分子水平三方面分析了2型糖尿病影响种植体骨结合的可能因素及机制,并阐述了提高这一人群种植手术成功率的方法,以期为后续基础研究和临床应用提供参考。Currently,dental implant has become an important method to repair losing teeth.However,a multitude of studies have indicated that individuals with diabetes not only demonstrate inferior implant osseointegration capabilities,but also have a markedly elevated risk of implant restoration failure in comparison to their non-diabetic counterparts.As a result,improving the success rate of implant surgery for diabetic patients has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of oral implants.This article analyzes the possible factors and mechanisms affecting osseointegration capabilities of implants in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients from clinical,tissue,and molecular perspectives,and elaborates on methods to enhance the success rate of implant surgery in this population,aiming to provide references for subsequent basic research and clinical applications.
