摘 要:分别采用硅粉与硅粉+二硅化钼混合粉体对石墨进行熔渗致密化处理,采用扫描电镜及其附带的能谱仪、X射线衍射仪等表征分析了二硅化钼的添加对材料结构及组成的影响。结果表明,钼能够进入石墨基体中并且消除基体中的自由硅含量,且钼元素以二硅化钼的形式分布在碳化硅扩散反应层所包围的区域内。采用硅粉对石墨进行熔渗处理的试样弯曲强度为(115±10)MPa,弯曲模量为(24±0.3)GPa;采用硅粉+二硅化钼混合粉体进行熔渗处理的试样弯曲强度为(119±6)MPa,弯曲模量为(24±1.3)GPa,表明二硅化钼的添加对熔渗后材料的性能无明显影响。In this paper,graphite samples were melt infiltrated by silicon powder or silicon powder mixed with molybdenum disilicide powder.The effects of molybdenum disilicide addition on the structure and composition of the material were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometer and X-ray diffractometer.The results show that molybdenum could enter the graph-ite matrix and eliminate the free silicon content in the matrix.The molybdenum element is distributed in the form of molybdenum disili-cide in the region surrounded by the silicon carbide diffusion reaction layer.The bending strength and bending modulus of graphite infil-trated with silica powder are(115±10)MPa and(24±0.3)GPa,respectively.The bending strength and bending modulus of the sam-ple treated with the mixed powder of silicon powder and molybdenum disilicide are(119±6)MPa and(24±1.3)GPa,respectively,indicating that the addition of molybdenum disilicide has no obvious effect on the properties of the sample.
