摘 要:沿着助困、育人两条主线,经过探索、建构和发展三阶段,资助育人逐渐从名词组合变成一种育人理念。数字技术持续迭代,技术与教育的融合日趋深化,学生资助工作产生并关联大量数据,育人模式数字化转型成为高校资助育人工作创新发展的方向。在智慧教育和信息生态理论的指引下,从价值、治理、服务三个维度构建高校资助育人模式数字化转型的分析框架。在升级教育公平理念、精准识别资助对象、数据赋能学生发展等三种因素的驱动下,基于“价值—治理—服务”分析框架,高校可以从物质帮扶转向聚力学生全面发展,从单一组织转向多元主体协同治理,从资助业务数字化转向数字智能化,从而勾勒出资助育人模式数字化转型的实践图景。Following the two main lines of poverty alleviation and educating people,through the three stages of exploration,construction and development,subsidized education has gradually changed from a noun combination to an educational concept.With the continuous iteration of digital technology,the integration of technology and education is deepening day by day,and a large amount of data is generated and associated with the work of providing financial assistance to poverty college students.The digital transformation of education mode has become the direction of innovative development of financial assistance work in universities.Under the guidance of smart education and information ecology theory,this paper constructs an analytical framework for the digital transformation of assistance model for poverty college students from three dimensions:value,governance and service.Driven by the three factors of upgrading the concept of educational equity,accurate identification of assistance objects,and data-empowered student development and based on the analysis framework of"value-governance-service",colleges and universities can shift from material assistance to the comprehensive development of students,from single organization to multi-subject collaborative governance,from digitalization of assistance work to digital intelligence,thus outlining the practical prospect of the digital transformation of subsidized education model.
