摘 要:针对某重型卡车车身侧面泥水飞溅污染的问题,建立其空气动力学仿真模型,采用外流场耦合液相的方法开展了仿真分析。根据原车的污染情况及流场特点提出了优化包角板扰流结构、增加轮眉及优化前保结构三个优化方案。仿真结果表明:三个优化方案均能有效的改善驾驶室侧面污染。并对优化方案进行了试验验证,增加轮眉方案可有效的改善驾驶室侧面及关键的门把手区域的污染。本研究为该车型防污性能的提升及新车型的开发提供了重要参考。Aiming at the problem of mud splashing pollution on the side of the cab of a heavy truck,an aerodynamic simulation model was established and the simulation analysis was carried out using the method of coupling the outflow field with the liquid phase.According to the pollution condition of the original car and the characteristics of the flow field,three optimization schemes were put forward:optimizing the turbulence structure of the corner plate,adding the wheel eyebrow and optimizing the front protection structure.The simulation results show that the three optimization schemes can effectively improve the cab side pollution.The optimization scheme is verified by experiments,adding wheel eyebrow scheme can effectively improve the pollution of cab side and key door handle area.This study provides an important reference for the improvement of anti-pollution performance of this vehicle and the development of new vehicles.
