摘 要:在当今严峻的能源形势及我国“双碳双减”的政策背景下,建筑陶瓷企业亟须降低生产能耗。通过以降低建筑陶瓷产品坯体烧结温度为目的,利用正交实验法研究了不同种类原料及配比对建筑陶瓷坯体烧结温度的影响。同时,实验结果表明:将硼镁粉引入瓷质砖坯体的原料配方中,可以形成K_(2)O-Na_(2)O-MgO-B2O_(3)的四元复合熔剂,能有效降低坯体的烧成温度、拓宽其烧成温度范围及缩短其烧成周期,以实现瓷质砖坯体的超低温烧成,从而有效降低瓷质砖坯体的生产能耗,降低陶瓷产品的生产成本。In the context of the current severe energy situation and China’s“dual carbon and dual reduction”policy,it is imperative for building ceramic enterprises to reduce production energy consumption.This article aims to reduce the sintering temperature of building ceramic products and uses an orthogonal experimental method to investigate the effect of different types of raw materials and ratios on the sintering temperature of building ceramic bodies.Meanwhile,the experimental results indicate that introducing boron magnesium powder into the raw material formula of ceramic tile bodies can form a quaternary composite flux of K_(2)O-Na_(2)O-MgO-B2O_(3).This flux effectively reduces the sintering temperature of the bodies,broadens the sintering temperature range,and shortens its sintering cycle,thereby achieving ultra–low temperature sintering of ceramic tile bodies.Consequently,it effectively reduces the production energy consumption of ceramic tile bodies and lowers the production cost of ceramic products.
