摘　　要：根据广西食用花卉产业发展现状,对其优势、劣势、机遇与挑战运用SWOT-AHP分析法进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:广西食用花卉产业应优先选择优势和机遇发展战略,并据此提出统筹优化产业布局、加大创新研发力度、完善食品安全体系、保护传承优秀文化、加强对外交流合作的对策建议。According to the development status of food flower industry in Guangxi,the strength,weakness,opportunities and threat were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by SWOT-AHP.The results showed that Guangxi edible flower industry should give priority to SO development strategy,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize industrial layout,increase innovation and research and development,improve food safety system,protect and inherit excellent culture,and strengthen foreign exchanges and cooperation.
