摘　　要：农民风险观教育是农民思想政治教育的重要内容,也是应对“三农”领域各种风险挑战的基础和前提,对形成乡村全面振兴内生动力、构筑总体国家安全观、农民顺应社会化变迁具有重要意蕴。从实践层面来看,要坚持创新引领、精准施策、统筹推进、多措并举的策略,探索多层次、多维度、全方位的应对措施,着力实现农民思想观念和思维能力的现代化转变,为有效推进农业农村现代化进程凝聚强大动力。The education of farmers'risk view is an important part of farmers'ideological and political education,and it is al-so the basis and premise to deal with various risks and challenges in the field of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.It is of great sig-nificance to form the endogenous power of rural comprehensive revitalization,construct the overall national security concept,and adapt farmers to social changes.From a practical point of view,we should adhere to the strategy of innovation guidance,precise mea-sures,coordinated promotion and multiple measures,explore multi-level,multi-dimensional and all-round countermeasures,strive to realize the modernization transformation of farmers'ideological concepts and thinking ability,and gather strong impetus for ef-fectively promoting the process of agricultural and rural modernization.
