摘　　要：牡丹籽油是一种新型食用油,因其含有丰富的脂肪酸、维生素、甾醇角鲨烯、抗氧化物质、酚类和矿物质元素等,具有较高护肤功效潜力。该文综述了牡丹籽油在护肤功效方面的研究进展,探讨其通过吸收紫外线、清除自由基、保护细胞氧化损伤等途径起到防晒修复、抗氧化、保护损伤、抗炎、保湿等功效,对其护肤作用有更加清晰正确的认识,为开发功效精准的产品提供一定的参考。Peony seed oil is a novel type of edible oil,characterized by its abundant fatty acids,vitamins,sterol squalene,antioxidants,phenols and mineral elements.This paper provides an overview of the research progress on the efficacy of peony seed oil in skincare and explores its potential benefits in terms of sunscreen repair,antioxidant activity,damage protection,anti-inflammatory effects as well as moisturization.These effects are achieved through the absorption of ultraviolet rays,scavenging free radicals and safeguarding cells against oxidative damage.This review aims to enhance our understanding of the skincare properties associated with peony seed oil and promote its application in skincare products.
