摘  要:【目的】为各创新主体如何在国家政策指向下实现粮食副产物资源最大化利用提供专利方面的技术支持。【方法】从专利视角分析了稻壳在化工领域应用的专利申请,重点分析了国内外申请趋势、主要创新主体的状况及相关技术等内容。【结果】稻壳资源在化工领域应用的专利技术主要涉及电池、电容器、石墨烯,且以国内专利申请为主。创新主体主要为科研院所和企业,科研院所具有较为先进的研发团队,企业在政策导向下也加大研发力度,呈现良好的发展态势,但专利转化率较低。【结论】稻壳资源在电池、电容器、石墨烯等化工领域具有较好的应用前景,可作为大力发展的方向之一。基于科研院所较强的研发实力,地方政府及企业可加强与之的合作,在降低成本的同时实现粮食资源的最大化利用。[Purposes]This article aims to provide patent related technical support for various innovative entities on how to achieve maximum utilization of grain by-product resources under national policy guid⁃ance.[Methods]This article analyzes the patent applications of rice husks in the chemical industry from the perspective of patent analysis.The focus was on analyzing domestic and international application trends,the status of major innovative entities,and related technologies.[Findings]The patent technolo⁃gies for the application of rice husk resources in the chemical industry mainly involve batteries,capaci⁃tors,and graphene,with batteries and domestic patent applications being the main focus.The main inno⁃vative entities are research institutes and enterprises.The research institute has a relatively advanced R&D team,and the enterprise has also increased its R&D efforts under policy guidance,showing a good development trend,but the patent conversion rate is relatively low.[Conclusions]Rice husk resources have good application prospects in chemical fields such as batteries,capacitors,and graphene,and can be one of the directions for vigorous development.Based on the strong research and development capa⁃bilities of research institutes,local governments and enterprises can strengthen cooperation with them to achieve maximum utilization of grain resources while reducing costs.
