摘 要:本文对一款改进型TMPI发动机缸体缸盖温度场进行了仿真与试验研究。通过自然吸气MPI发动机台架性能试验,为一维热力学计算平均热通量提供校准基础,依据各模块平均热通量进行了有限元分析模型校核,并基于冷却水套CFD和缸内燃烧CFD计算的对流换热系数,为结构温度场进行预测。基于发动机交变工况,对发动机关键位置进行多通道瞬时温度采集,并与发动机温度场仿真值对比,确认其误差约8%,论证了基于平均热通量校核发动机温度场最高温度和温度分布的可行性,同时为改进型增压发动机温度场优化提供了理论依据。In this paper,the temperature field of an improved TMPI engine block cylinder head is simulated and tested.The bench performance test of naturally aspirated MPI engine provides a calibration basis for calculating the average heat flux in one-dimensional thermodynamics,and the finite element analysis model is checked according to the average heat flux of each module,and based on the convective heat transfer coefficient calculated by the cooling water jacket CFD and the in-cylinder combustion CFD,the heat transfer distribution is provided for the structure temperature field simulation.Based on the alternating working conditions of the engine,multi-channel instantaneous temperature acquisition is carried out on the key positions of the engine,and compared with the simulation value of the engine temperature field,it is confirmed that the error is about 8%,the feasibility of checking the maximum temperature and temperature distribution of the engine temperature field based on the average heat flux is demonstrated,and the theoretical basis is provided for the optimization of the temperature field of the improved turbocharged engine.
