摘  要:制备一种可用于新能源汽车电机封装的灌封胶,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,各灌封胶的初始分解温度均高于300℃,表现出良好的热稳定性。随着硅微粉添加量从6%增大到30%,灌封胶热稳定性提高,黏度、导热系数和拉伸强度均增大,拉伸断裂伸长率先升后降。试验确定最佳硅微粉添加量为18%,此时灌封胶导热系数和黏度分别为0.542 W/(m·K)、1835 mPa·s,导热性能和流动性良好;拉伸强度和拉伸断裂伸长率分别是1.51 MPa、91.7%,拉伸性能良好。添加18%硅微粉的灌封胶综合性能良好,在新能源汽车电机封装应用方面有一定价值。A potting compound that can be used for motor encapsulation of new energy vehicles was prepared,and its properties were studied.The experimental results showed that the initial decomposition temperature of each potting adhesive was higher than 300℃,demonstrating good thermal stability.With the increase of silica powder from 6%to 30%,the thermal stability of the potting adhesive improved,and the viscosity,thermal conductivity,and tensile strength increased,and the tensile elongation at break first increased and then decreased.This experiment determined that the optimal amount of silicon powder added was 18%.At this time,the thermal conductivity and viscosity of the potting adhesive were 0.542 W/(m·K)and 1835 mPa·s,respectively.The thermal conductivity and flowability were good.The tensile strength and elongation at break were 1.51 MPa and 91.7%,respectively.The tensile performance was good.The potting adhesive with 18%silicon micro powder has good comprehensive perfor‐mance and has certain value in the application of new energy vehicle motor packaging.
