摘 要:基于窑洞建筑与村落设施对建筑复材低密度、高断裂韧性的需求,对比分析了烧结SiC、碳纤维增强复合材料以及Y-Z_(r)O_(2)涂层改性碳纤维增强复合材料的密度、表面形貌、弯曲强度和断裂韧性。结果表明,SiC及其碳纤维增强SiC复合材料的密度和弯曲强度从大至小的顺序依次为SiC、Cf/SiC复合材料、Cf(Y-Z_(r)O_(2))/SiC复合材料。SiC、碳纤维增强SiC复合材料中的残留Si含量和断裂韧性从小至大的顺序依次为SiC、Cf/SiC复合材料、Cf(Y-Z_(r)O_(2))/SiC复合材料。碳纤维增强复合材料、Y-Z_(r)O_(2)涂层改性碳纤维增强复合材料较烧结SiC具有更低的密度和更高的断裂韧性。从窑洞建筑与村落设施角度考虑,选择成本更低而性价比更高的Cf/SiC复合材料为宜。Based on the demand for low density and high fracture toughness of building composite materials in engineering cost management,the density,surface morphology,bending strength,and fracture toughness of sintered SiC,carbon fiber reinforced composite materials,and Y-Z_(r)O_(2)coating modified carbon fiber reinforced composite materials were compared and analyzed.The results indicated that the order of density and flexural strength of SiC and its carbon fiber reinforced SiC composites from highest to lowest was:SiC>Cf/SiC composites>Cf(Y-Z_(r)O_(2))/SiC composites.The order of residual Si content and fracture toughness in SiC and its carbon fiber reinforced SiC composites from small to large was:SiC<Cf/SiC composites<Cf(Y-Z_(r)O_(2))/SiC composites.Carbon fiber reinforced composite materials and Y-Z_(r)O_(2)coating modified carbon fiber reinforced composite materials had lower density and higher fracture toughness compared to sintered SiC.From the perspective of cave village facilities,Cf/SiC composite materials with lower cost and higher cost⁃effectiveness can be selected.
