摘　　要：电铸网版有利于焊膏在印刷时顺利通过。便携电子产品、汽车电子、户外大型平板显示等的大量应用需求使Mini LED持续走红,电铸模版在有海量微小开孔的Mini LED模组生产中表现出优秀的能力。Electroforming screen is conducive to the smooth passage of solder paste during printing.A large number of applications such as portable electronics,automotive electronics,and outdoor large fl at panel displays continue to make Mini LED popular,and the electric casting mold plate has shown excellent capabilities in the production of Mini LED modules with a large number of tiny openings.
