摘  要:吊管机在作业时,配重机构的液压缸始终处于闭锁状态,所受负载较大,要求其不能无控制的自动摆动。设计了配重机构的液压回路,采用2个液控单向阀并联形成液压锁,使液压缸可以固定在任意位置。基于液压系统虚拟样机技术,建立配重机构的机-液耦合模型,通过液压回路驱动机械模型进行仿真,得到液压缸的受力曲线和运动速度曲线。同时对吊管机工作装置中的液压缸部件进行了场地测试,得到吊管机配重外摆和收回工况下液压缸的应力应变,测试结果与仿真结果相吻合,能够为以后类似的研究提供依据,为液压装置的优化和改进提供理论依据和方法。When the pipelayer is operating,the hydraulic cylinder of the counterweight mechanism is always in a locked state,and the load is large,which requires it to not swing automatically without control.The hydraulic circuit of the counterweight mechanism is designed in this paper,,and two hydraulically controlled check valves are connected in parallel to form a hydraulic lock,so that the hydraulic cylinder can be fixed in any position.Based on the virtual prototype technology of hydraulic system,the machine-hydraulic coupling model of the counterweight mechanism was established.The mechanical model of the hydraulic circuit drive is simulated to obtain the force curve and the motion speed curve of the hydraulic cylinder.At the same time,the field test of the hydraulic cylinder components in the working device of the pipelayer was carried out,and the stress and strain of the hydraulic cylinder under the condition of the counterweight swing and retraction of the pipelayer were obtained.The test results are consistent with the simulation results,which can provide a basis for similar studies in the future,and provide a theoretical basis and method for the optimization and improvement of hydraulic devices.
