摘 要:考虑碳限额交易下由制造商和具有企业社会责任(CSR)的零售商组成的双渠道供应链,通过消费者效用函数构建Stackelberg博弈模型研究不同情况各主体最优均衡决策,利用MATLAB分析CSR、消费者低碳意识以及转移支付费用对均衡结果的影响。研究发现:CSR对集中决策下整体效益有利但会降低减排率,而对分散决策的影响相反;低碳意识越强对减排量、效益、消费者剩余越有利;一定条件下二部定价契约能有效缓解双重边际效应,实现整个供应链系统效益的Pareto改进。Based on the dual-channel supply chain consisting of manufacturers and retailers with corporate so⁃cial responsibility(CSR)under carbon cap-and-trade,a Stackelberg game model is constructed to study the op⁃timal equilibrium decision-making of each subject in different situations through the consumer utility function,and MATLAB is used to analyze the impacts of CSR,consumers'low-carbon awareness,and transfer payment costs on the equilibrium result.It is found that:CSR is beneficial to the overall efficiency under centralized deci⁃sion-making but reduces the rate of carbon emission reduction,while its impact on decentralized decision-mak⁃ing is opposite;the stronger consumers'low-carbon awareness is,the more favorable it is for carbon emission reduction,efficiency,and consumer surplus;the two-part pricing contract can effectively mitigate the double marginal effect under certain conditions,and realize the Pareto improvement of the efficiency of the whole sup⁃ply chain system.
