摘 要:近年来,随着社会的发展进步,我国人口老龄化日益突出,人民群众对于健康产业的需求也与日俱增,制药行业随之快速发展,同时制药机械行业也呈现出了百花齐放的局面。干燥是原料药生产中一步关键步骤,干燥设备的选用是否合理,既关系到药品的质量,又与工程建设投资、生产运行费用密切相关。作者介绍了几种常用的原料药干燥设备的结构及工作原理,结合作者在日常工作中应用的一些实际案例,对这些干燥设备的优缺点进行了分析,希望与广大的药品质量管理及医药工程设计人员交流探讨。In recent years,with the development and progress of the society,the aging of the population was becoming increasingly prominent,and the people's demand for health industry is increased with each passing day.The pharmaceutical industry develops rapidly,while the pharmaceutical machinery industry also presents a situation of blooming of a hundred flowers.Drying is a key step in the production of API.The selection of drying equipment is not only related to the quality of drugs,but also closely related to the investment in engineering construction and the cost of production and operation.The structure and working principle of several commonly used drying equipment for API were introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of these drying equipment combined with some practical cases applied in the daily work were analyzed,hoping to communicate and discuss with the majority of pharmaceutical quality management and pharmaceutical engineering designers.
