悬吊固定式人工晶体植入治疗外伤性白内障的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨悬吊固定式人工晶体植入治疗外伤性白内障的效果。方法回顾性抽取2020年3月至2023年3月咸阳市第一人民医院收治的78例(78眼)外伤性白内障患者作为研究对象, 所有患者均进行白内障摘除联合悬吊固定式人工晶体植入术治疗。观察患者手术前后的眼压水平、前房深度、视力情况及并发症发生情况。结果术后, 患者眼压为(14.75±5.46)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), 低于术前的(21.82±8.54)mmHg(P<0.05)。术后, 患者前房深度大于术前(P<0.05), 视力高于术前(P<0.05)。术后发生前房出血4例(5.13%), 葡萄膜炎9例(11.54%), 弥漫性角膜水肿6例(7.69%)。结论悬吊固定式人工晶体植入能有效改善外伤性白内障患者的视功能, 术后不良反应发生率较低, 安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effects of suspended fixed intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of traumatic cataracts.Methods Seventy-eight patients(78 eyes)with traumatic cataract admitted to Xianyang First People’s Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent cataract extraction combined with suspended fixed intraocular lens implantation surgery.The intraocular pressure level,anterior chamber depth,visual acuity,and complications were observed before and after surgery.Results After surgery,the intraocular pressure was(14.75±5.46)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),which was lower than the preoperative level(21.82±8.54)mmHg(P<0.05).After surgery,the depth of anterior chamber was greater than preoperative depth(P<0.05),and the visual acuity was higher than preoperative visual acuity(P<0.05).After surgery,there were 4 cases(5.13%)of anterior chamber bleeding,9 cases(11.54%)of uveitis,and 6 cases(7.69%)of diffuse corneal edema.Conclusions Suspended fixed intraocular lens implantation can effectively improve visual function in patients with traumatic cataracts,with a low incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,which is safe and reliable.
