异甘草酸镁治疗乳腺癌术后化疗所致肝损伤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究异甘草酸镁治疗乳腺癌术后化疗所致肝损伤的效果。方法队列研究。抽取2022年9月至2023年9月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的90例因乳腺癌而化疗造成的肝损伤患者为研究对象, 依据治疗方法分为对照组和研究组, 每组45例。对照组采用硫普罗宁治疗, 研究组采用异甘草酸镁治疗, 对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率(95.56%, 43/45)高于对照组(82.22%, 37/45), P<0.05。治疗前, 两组患者肝功能指标水平比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后, 研究组肝功能指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(11.10%, 5/45)低于对照组(32.55%, 16/45), P<0.05。结论乳腺癌术后化疗所致肝损伤患者应用异甘草酸镁治疗效果较好, 肝功能指标改善明显, 不良反应少。Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on liver injury caused by chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery.Methods Ninety patients with liver injury caused by chemotherapy for breast cancer treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the objects of the cohort study.And they were divided into the control group and the study group according to treatment method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tiopronin,and the study group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate.The treatment status of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.56%,43/45)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%,37/45),P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the liver function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of livers function indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(11.10%,5/45)was lower than that in the control group(32.55%,16/45),P<0.05.Conclusions Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate has better curative effects on liver injury caused by chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery,which can significantly improve the liver function indexes,with less adverse reactions.
