摘  要:人工智能赋能高等教育的发展变革,也赋予了高校教师学术职业新的内涵。高校教师学术职业的发展表现在发现、整合、应用以及教学的学术四个方面。人工智能时代,高校教师学术职业发展面临以下挑战:基于知识发现的学术创新能力尚显不足;基于学科发展的学术整合水平有待提升;基于社会需要的学术应用理念有待重塑;基于人才需求的教学学术能力有待强化。在此背景下,高校教师应从以下路径促进学术职业发展:创新工作形式,拓展发展途径;提升管理效能,营造良好的教育生态;减轻教学负担,提升教学学术能力;重塑职业角色,提升学术发展能力。The era of artificial intelligence empowers the development and transformation of higher education,and also endows academic careers of university teachers with new connotations.The development of academic careers for university teachers is manifested in four aspects:discovered scholarship,integrated scholarship,applied scholarship and teaching scholarship.In the era of artificial intelligence,the academic career development of university teachers faces the following challenges:insufficient discovered academic innovation;the academic level of integration needs further improvement;the academic awareness of application needs to be further deepened;the academic ability of teaching needs further improvement.In this context,university teachers should promote academic career development through the following paths:innovating work forms and expanding development paths;Improve management efficiency and create a good educational ecosystem;Reduce teaching burden and enhance teaching academic ability;Reshape professional roles and enhance academic development capabilities.
