摘 要:针对型钢轧制逆序孔型设计中复杂宽展模型的应用难点,利用牛顿迭代法以切线方程快速逼近非线性方程解的特性,解决了重轨在万能道次轧制逆序孔型设计时产生的求解非线性方程组的问题。通过斯米尔诺夫宽展模型、艾克隆德宽展模型,结合高级计算机语言编程使用牛顿迭代法对重轨万能道次轧制进行逆序孔型设计并验证。结果表明:该方法能满足工程上的应用;在构造出包含描述轧件形状的函数和复杂宽展模型函数的非线性方程组前提下,该方法适用于其他复杂断面型钢的逆序孔型设计。In view of the difficulties in the application of complex wide-spreading model in the reverse pass design of section steel rolling,by using Newton iteration method,the nonlinear equations are quickly approximated by tangential equations,and the nonlinear equations are solved in the reverse pass design of universal pass rolling for heavy rail.Reverse pass design and validation of universal pass rolling for heavy rail combined Smirnovs wide-spreading model and Eklunds wide-spreading model was carried out combined with high-level computer language programming using Newton iteration method.The results show that this method can meet the requirements of engineering applications.Under the premise of constructing a system of nonlinear equations containing the equation describing the shape of the previous pass and the equation of the widespreading model,this method is applicable to the reverse pass design of other types of section steel with complex cross section.
