摘  要:辅助生殖技术(ART)是目前治疗不孕症患者的常用方法,但其对胎盘发育的不良影响是值得关注与讨论。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,ART可能会对胎盘的表观遗传学调控产生影响,导致不良妊娠结局。ART的体内外过程与自然妊娠环境存在差异,导致胎盘表观遗传学异常,包括DNA低甲基化、组蛋白修饰异常、印记基因表达失调、干扰染色质重塑进程及非编码RNA异常表达等。本文就ART对胎盘表观遗传调控发育过程的影响进行综述。Assisted reproductive technology(ART) is currently the main method for treating the infertility patients, but its adverse effects on the development of the placenta of the patients with pregnancy after ART is worthy to attention and discussion. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that ART may have an impact on the epigenetic regulation of the placenta, and thus can lead to the adverse pregnancy outcomes. The environment of the in vivo and in vitro processes of ART differ from that of the natural pregnancy, which may lead to the placental epigenetic abnormalities, including the DNA hypomethylation, the abnormal histone modification, the expression dysregulation of the imprinted genes, the interference with chromatin remodeling process and the abnormal expression of non-coding RNA, and so on. This article reviews the influence of ART on the placental epigenetic regulation and development.
