摘　　要：企业业务流程优化是提高效率、降低成本、增强竞争力的重要手段。文章深入研究了信息技术在该流程中的应用及优化作用,旨在为企业实现更高效的运营和管理提供理论与实践指导。Business process optimization is an important means to improve efficiency,reduce cost and enhance competitiveness.This paper deeply studies the application and optimization function of information technology in this process,aiming at providing theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises to achieve more efficient operation and management.
