摘  要:原发性肝癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,该疾病理论知识和实践操作紧密联系,知识结构相对复杂。传统的教学模式为灌输式教学,已难以满足现代医学的要求。以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)、以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)是新型的教学模式,近年来在医学教学中广泛应用。此文拟探讨CBL联合PBL在进修医生肝癌临床教学中的应用前景及意义,为肝癌教学提供新的思路。Primary liver cancer(PHC)is one of the most common malignant tumors,closely related to theory and practice,and its knowledge structure is relatively complex.The traditional teaching mode is indoctrination teaching,which cannot match the requirements of modern medicine.Case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)have been widely used in medical teaching in recent years.The aim of this paper is to explore the application prospect and significance of CBL combined with PBL in the teaching of PHC for refresher doctors,to provide new ideas for the teaching of PHC.
